Wurmkos is a laboratory of visual arts founded in 1987 in Sesto San Giovanni; an open place, an experience "Basaglia" that relates art and psychological distress without set goals of salvation, which come on the various projects, artists, disadvantaged or not, critics, people who collaborate to provide works and texts. Numerous solo and group exhibition both in Italy and abroad. Among them: the Venice Biennale; Gwangju Biennale; Museum of Villa Croce, Genoa; The Triennial of Milan; Pac - Pavilion of Contemporary Art, Milan; Palazzo Morando - Costume Fashion Image, Milan. In 2011, Wurmkos became Foundation, no profit organization to protect the heritage, material and cultural, group and share it with the community. In 2011, Pasquale Campanella, one of the founders of the group, received the Premio Ciampi - L'altr'Arte for the work done with Wurmkos.
